I’m Kathryn, and I’m here to guide women like you to achieve lasting health by tapping into the power of menstrual cycle awareness and nervous system regulation. After navigating my own health journey, I discovered that true well being happens when you feel at home in your body & mind, and connected with your cycle.

It is really hard to put into words when someone connects with you on a soul level and, quite frankly, assists you in seeing a whole new trajectory for your life.
